Adventurous eating in an elegant setting awaits you at the gorgeous Chima Steakhouse (pronounced "she-ma").
Decorated in warm wood paneling and fine place settings, Chima is staffed by traditionally dressed gauchos (cowboys). Instead of regular restaurant service, you sit at your table and the friendly, well-choreographed gauchos bring many choices of roasted meat to your table. The roving servers offer beef, lamb, sausage, salmon, chicken, and anything else they can barbecue. The meat is cooked perfectly, from rare to well-done. Diners round out their meals at the salad bar, which includes Brazilian and American favorites. The price of dinner is fixed, and includes unlimited main dishes and trips to the abundant salad bar, which is continually updated. Like the salad bar, the dessert menu features both local and Brazilian favorites.
It’s an experience not to miss, one that also includes an excellent award-winning wine list. -Sun-Sentinel
