Morton's, The Steakhouse is one of the few places that clearly transcends the average restaurant experience and culminates in a state of total satisfaction that is almost surreal.
The entire atmosphere has a rich, classy texture to it. Samples of sinful, mouthwatering cuts of meat are rolled out to the table for your perusal. The selection is ample enough to allow for the perfect choice, yet not so copious as to force the indecisive over the edge. If a giant prime aged steak is not your preference, exquisite smaller cuts are offered along with an outstanding group of lamb, poultry, and seafood alternatives. Of course the appetizers cannot be ignored and, once you've laid eyes upon them, the only challenge will be not ordering them all. Both the selection and quality of salads and side orders are amazing. It is recommended, if humanly possible, to leave room for dessert— because the reward will be very sweet indeed. Be forewarned however: upon leaving Morton's there is an almost atmospheric change as you return to the everyday world.
